If you like donuts and pumpkin, then you will love these air fryer pumpkin donut holes! They are a delicious and healthy alternative to the traditional fried version. Air frying makes them light and fluffy on the inside with just enough crispness on the outside for perfect texture.
Beat the butter with the egg, sugars, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well until it’s smooth.
Mix in the pumpkin puree, flour, milk, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and baking powder. Beat everything together at medium speed. A smooth batter will form.
Fill the silicone liners with batter. Then, place the liner into the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 360F (180C) for 8-9 minutes. The donut holes will turn golden brown.
