Ingredients
  • 4 Cod Fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Lemon Slices, for serving
Instructions
  • Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Brush the lemon butter mixture generously over all sides of each cod fillet.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (185°C). Place the cod fillets in the basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the tops are lightly golden.
  • Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve immediately with lemon slices.
