- 4 Cod Fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- Lemon Slices, for serving
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brush the lemon butter mixture generously over all sides of each cod fillet.
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (185°C). Place the cod fillets in the basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the tops are lightly golden.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve immediately with lemon slices.
