Ingredients
  • 1.5 lb Ground Turkey (93% lean)
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • Cooking Spray
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, spinach, and egg. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about 3/4 inch thick. Make a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place patties in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let burgers rest for 2 minutes before serving with your favorite toppings.
