Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sweetener
  • 3/4 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter (unsalted, cooled)
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350F (175C).
    Take a large mixing bowl and add these ingredients into it: flour, brown sweetener, oats, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix them together.
  • Take another medium bowl and combine the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and butter. Then, mix the wet mixture with the dry ingredients.
  • Mix in the blueberries and mix. Divide the batter among 10-12 silicone muffin cups. Add them to the air fryer.
  • Fry in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes. Check them after 10 minutes and see if they’re done. Stick a toothpick inside one. If it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
