- 4 Mahi Mahi Fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
Pat mahi mahi fillets dry and brush both sides with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
Generously coat both sides of each fillet with the blackening spice mixture, pressing to adhere.
Place fillets in air fryer basket and air fry at 390°F for 10-12 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
Serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
