Ingredients
  • 4 Mahi Mahi Fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
  • Pat mahi mahi fillets dry and brush both sides with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  • Generously coat both sides of each fillet with the blackening spice mixture, pressing to adhere.
  • Place fillets in air fryer basket and air fry at 390°F for 10-12 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  • Serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
