Start by preheating your air fryer to 330F (165C).
Line a small glass dish or baking pan (I used a 5×3 inch loaf pan) with parchment paper (trim it to fit), and grease it lightly with some oil.
Mash the banana, and then whisk the egg into it in a small bowl. Once combined, add the sugar, milk, and olive oil, and combine well.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix the mixture again.
Pour the bread batter into the pan and air fry for 30-35 minutes. You can insert a skewer into the bottom of the cake to check if it is done. If it comes out clean- it’s ready.Remove from the air fryer and let the bread cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. That’s it! Enjoy this delicious air fryer banana bread!
