Tips
These tips will help you make the perfect air fryer frozen cauliflower florets!
Add Your Favorite Seasonings
To make these air fryer frozen cauliflower, I used my favorite seasonings. Feel free to get creative and add whatever seasonings you like best.
I think smoked paprika can be especially tasty with cauliflower. Try it and let me know!
Smoked Salt
You can make this dish with regular salt, but I think that smoked salt adds a nice smoky flavor that pairs well with roasted cauliflower. I use smoked salt (and paprika) in so many of my recipes.
Cooking Spray
I recommend using olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray to help ensure your frozen cauliflower gets crispy. This will also add flavor and prevent the pieces from sticking together.
Let Them Cool First
After removing the frozen cauliflower from the air fryer, let it cool for a few minutes before serving. This way they will be more crispy, and the flavors will be fully developed.
Dipping Sauce
These fried cauliflower florets are excellent on their own, but they taste even better when dipped in a flavorful sauce.
Try serving them with your favorite dipping sauces such as honey mustard, ranch dressing, or buffalo wing sauce for an extra punch of flavor.
Storage And Freezing
After making the frozen cauliflower in air fryer recipe, you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
To freeze, allow the cooked cauliflower to cool completely before transferring it into a freezer-safe container or bag.
To reheat, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and then warm up again in your air fryer until hot throughout (it should only take a few minutes).
Oven vs Air Fryer
For a very long time, I was roasting my cauliflower in the oven. Then, one time, I decided to try something different and tried making frozen cauliflower in my air fryer.
I was pleasantly surprised with the result! Since then, I have been using my air fryer to make frozen cauliflower more often.
