Ingredients
For the Samosas
  • 12 Frozen Samosas (any variety)
  • Olive Oil Spray
For the Mint Yogurt Dip
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. There is no need to thaw the samosas - cooking them from frozen gives the best crispy results.
  • Lightly spray the frozen samosas on all sides with olive oil spray. This is the key step that transforms them from dry and dull to golden and flaky.
  • Place the samosas in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching or overlapping. If they don't all fit, cook in batches for the best texture.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them over carefully at the halfway mark. They are ready when the pastry is deep golden brown, crispy, and flaky all the way through.
  • While the samosas cook, prepare the mint yogurt dip. In a small bowl, combine the greek yogurt, chopped mint, cilantro, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir until everything is well incorporated and smooth.
  • Transfer the hot samosas to a serving plate and let them cool for just 1 to 2 minutes - the filling will be very hot inside. Serve with the mint yogurt dip on the side for dipping.
