Ingredients
  

  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dried oregano in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach, roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Spray a 7-inch round air fryer-safe pan with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place the pan in the basket.
  • Air fry for 16 to 18 minutes until the frittata is puffed, set in the center, and golden on top.
  • Let cool in the pan for 3 minutes, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
