Instructions
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dried oregano in a large bowl until well combined.
Stir in the chopped spinach, roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
Spray a 7-inch round air fryer-safe pan with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place the pan in the basket.
Air fry for 16 to 18 minutes until the frittata is puffed, set in the center, and golden on top.
Let cool in the pan for 3 minutes, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
