Equipment
  • air fryer
Ingredients
  • 6 slices Thick-Cut Brioche Bread
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon (for coating)
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • Maple Syrup (for serving)
Instructions
  • Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly on 3 slices of brioche bread, then top with the remaining 3 slices to create sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into 4 squares.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Dip each stuffed bite into the egg mixture, letting it soak for a few seconds on each side. Don't over-soak or they will get too soggy.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370F. Arrange the bites in a single layer, leaving a little space between each. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and slightly puffed.
  • Brush each hot bite with melted butter, then immediately roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat all sides. Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
