Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Total Time: 18 minutes
Servings: 8 sliders
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 slices American Cheese (halved)
  • 8 Slider Buns
  • Pickles (for serving)
  • Ketchup (for serving)
  • Yellow Mustard (for serving)
  • Cooking Spray
Instructions
  • In a mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Handle the meat as little as possible to keep the burgers tender and juicy.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into thin patties slightly wider than your slider buns, since they will shrink as they cook. Press a shallow dimple into the center of each patty with your thumb.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and arrange the patties in a single layer without overlapping.
  • Air fry for 4 minutes, then carefully flip each patty. Air fry for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Place a half slice of american cheese on top of each patty and air fry for 1 more minute until the cheese is perfectly melted.
  • Place the patties on slider buns and serve with pickles, ketchup, and yellow mustard. These are best enjoyed right away while the cheese is still gooey.
