Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Raw Shrimp (225g) (peeled, deveined)
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin (ground)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
  • Start by preheating the air fryer to 360F (185C) and soaking 6 wooden skewers in water for 25 minutes. This will prevent them from burning in the air fryer.
  • Mix the lemon juice with the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, and salt. Add the shrimp and mix well until they are coated.
  • Put the shrimp onto the sticks.
  • Place the skewers in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let the shrimp cool for 5 minutes before serving. That’s it! Enjoy these air fryer shrimp skewers!
