Air Fryer Sausage Rolls

Follow my recipe and easily make the best air fryer sausage rolls. Crispy on the outside and full of flavor, these sausage rolls are amazing.

Ingredients
  • 13.2 oz Ready Rolled Puff Pastry Sheet (375g)
  • 1 pound Sausage Meat (450g)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Apple Sauce
Instructions
  • Start by preheating the air fryer to 390F (195C). Then, cut the puff pastry sheet into 3 slices (horizontally).
  • Mix the sausage meat and apple sauce together. Spread it evenly into the middle of each pastry slice.
  • Using a pastry brush, brush the egg along the bottom of each piece.
  • Fold the top edge of the pastry over so it meets the bottom part. The sausage meat will stay “locked” inside.
  • Using a fork- seal the edges. Make sure they are firmly sealed. Slice each sausage roll into 6-8 small ones.
  • Brush them will egg and place in the air fryer. Air fry for 10-13 minutes until the sausage rolls are crispy.
  • Remove from rolls from the air fryer and allow them to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
