Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 cups Frozen Diced Hash Browns
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
  • Dice the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Crumble the breakfast sausage into small chunks.
  • In a large bowl, mix the frozen diced hash browns, diced peppers, onions, sausage chunks, paprika, and salt.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 380F for 15 to 18 minutes, stopping to stir and toss the mixture every 5 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy and the sausage is fully cooked.
