Start by preheating the air fryer to 400F (200C). Then, place the tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and red onions skin side down into the air fryer basket. Spray them with cooking oil.
Air fry them for 4-5 minutes. Then, open the air fryer and add the garlic cloves. Add more cooking spray and air fry for 4-5 more minutes.
Open the air fryer and place the fried vegetables on a cutting board. Allow them to cool for 15 minutes before continuing.
Remove the skin from the jalapeno peppers and tomatoes. Chop the peppers, tomatoes, and onions into large chunks.Place them in a food processor, and add garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, and cilantro.
Pulse until all the vegetables are finely chopped. Enjoy!
