Ingredients
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper (halved)
  • 4 Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 1/2 Red Onion (cut into 2)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Cooking Spray
Instructions
  • Start by preheating the air fryer to 400F (200C). Then, place the tomatoesjalapeno peppers, and red onions skin side down into the air fryer basket. Spray them with cooking oil.
  • Air fry them for 4-5 minutes. Then, open the air fryer and add the garlic cloves. Add more cooking spray and air fry for 4-5 more minutes.
  • Open the air fryer and place the fried vegetables on a cutting board. Allow them to cool for 15 minutes before continuing.
  • Remove the skin from the jalapeno peppers and tomatoes. Chop the peppers, tomatoes, and onions into large chunks.
    Place them in a food processor, and add garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, and cilantro.
  • Pulse until all the vegetables are finely chopped. Enjoy!
