Ingredients
  • 2 Mini Pumpkins
  • 3 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
  • Start by peeling the mini pumpkins, seeding them, and cutting them into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Soak the pumpkin slices in cold water for 40-50 minutes.
  • Drain the water and pay dry the pieces with a paper towel.
  • Place the slices in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and seasonings, and mix well until well coated.
  • Place the pumpkin slices in the air fryer (in one layer) and air fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Repeat with the remaining slices.
