Lay the boneless pork chops on a clean surface, and top with parchment paper. Use a mallet to pound the chops.
Add the flour to a bowl. Then, whisk the egg in another bowl. In a third bowl- mix the breadcrumbs with all the seasonings.
Cover each pork chop in the flour.Then, dip it in the egg, and finally- coat it with the panko mixture.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer (in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed), and spray them with cooking oil ( I use olive oil).
Air fry at 400F for 5-6 minutes. Then, flip them over, spray them with cooking oil, and air fry for 4-5 more minutes. The internal temperature should reach 145F and the coating will become crispy.
