Ingredients
  • 2 Naan Flatbreads
  • 1/4 cup Basil Pesto
  • 1 cup Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Basil Leaves, for garnish
  • Red Pepper Flakes, for garnish
Instructions
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of pesto evenly across each naan flatbread.
  • Top each flatbread with shredded rotisserie chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (185°C). Carefully place one flatbread in the basket.
  • Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the naan are golden and crispy.
  • Repeat with the second flatbread. Top both with shaved parmesan, fresh basil, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Slice and serve hot.
