Ingredients

  • 4 oz Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Large Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.

  • Grease four 4-oz ramekins with butter and divide the batter evenly among them.
  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F. Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers still jiggle slightly.
