Air Fryer Mini Apple Pies

These adorable mini apple pies come together in a flash using the air fryer. They're perfectly crispy, portable, and great for sharing.

Ingredients
  • 1 box Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Apple Pie Filling
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
Instructions
  • Unroll the refrigerated pie crust and use a large biscuit cutter or glass to cut out 8 round circles.
  • Spoon a small amount of apple pie filling into the center of 4 of the circles.
  • Place the remaining 4 circles on top and crimp the edges tightly with a fork to seal the mini pies.
  • Whisk the egg and brush it lightly over the top of the pies, then use a sharp tip to cut two small slits on top for steam to escape.
  • Place in the air fryer at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Immediately brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
