Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Honeycrisp Apples
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats

Instructions
 

  • Slice the apples in half vertically and scoop out the core and seeds using a spoon to create a small well in the center.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, maple syrup, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and rolled oats.
  • Stuff the center of each apple half generously with the pecan and oat mixture.
  • Place the stuffed apples in the air fryer basket, facing upward.
  • Air fry at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes until the apples are tender and the topping is beautifully toasted.
