Instructions
Slice the apples in half vertically and scoop out the core and seeds using a spoon to create a small well in the center.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, maple syrup, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and rolled oats.
Stuff the center of each apple half generously with the pecan and oat mixture.
Place the stuffed apples in the air fryer basket, facing upward.
Air fry at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes until the apples are tender and the topping is beautifully toasted.
