Ingredients
  • 2 cups Chilled Leftover Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
  • Roll the chilled leftover macaroni & cheese into small, bite-sized balls.
  • Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for the all-purpose flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  • Coat each mac and cheese ball in flour, dip into the eggs, and then roll in the panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and place the breaded bites in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 360F for 8 to 10 minutes, spraying the tops lightly with oil halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
