Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper with holes for airflow. Spread half of the tortilla chips in an even layer.
Top with half the cooked ground beef, half the black beans, half the jalapenos, and half the shredded cheese. Add the remaining chips on top and repeat the layers with the rest of the beef, beans, jalapenos, and cheese.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 6 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly and the edges of the chips are golden.
Carefully transfer the nachos to a serving platter and top with pico de gallo, diced avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
