Ingredients
  • 4 Bone-In Skin-On Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
  • Pat the bone-in skin-on chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to form a paste.
  • Rub the paste all over the chicken thighs, getting it under the skin as well.
  • Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket and cook at 380F for 12 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken thighs skin-side up and cook for another 10 to 12 minutes until the skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165F.
