In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the mixture generously over both sides of each tilapia fillet.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap. Air fry for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has a light golden color on top.
Transfer the tilapia to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
