Ingredients
  • 4 Tilapia Fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Lemon Wedges, for serving
Instructions
  • Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. This helps the seasonings stick and promotes a light crust.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the mixture generously over both sides of each tilapia fillet.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap. Air fry for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has a light golden color on top.
  • Transfer the tilapia to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
