Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 Egg Whites, beaten
  • Cooking Spray

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

For Topping

  • 1/2 cup Candied Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Dip each shrimp into beaten egg whites, then coat evenly in cornstarch, shaking off the excess.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer and spray generously with cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying again, until the shrimp are golden and crispy.
  • While the shrimp cook, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  • Add the hot crispy shrimp to the bowl and toss gently until fully coated in the creamy honey sauce. Top with candied walnuts and serve immediately.
