These golden, flaky croissants are a quick and satisfying snack or lunch that the whole family will love. Perfect for busy days when you want something delicious fast.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into the 8 individual triangles along the perforated lines.
Spread a thin layer of dijon mustard on each triangle. Place a slice of deli ham on each one, folding it to fit. Cut each slice of swiss cheese in half and place one piece on top of the ham.
Starting from the wide end of the triangle, roll each one up tightly toward the point. Curve the ends slightly inward to form a crescent shape. Brush the tops with beaten egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (163°C) for 2 minutes. Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
Place the croissants in the basket seam-side down with space between each one. Air fry at 325°F for 8 to 10 minutes until the dough is puffed, golden brown, and flaky, and the cheese inside is melted.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool for 2 minutes before serving. These are best eaten warm when the cheese is gooey and stretchy.
