Ingredients

  • 1 can Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough (8 oz)
  • 8 slices Deli Ham
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 large Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into the 8 individual triangles along the perforated lines.
  • Spread a thin layer of dijon mustard on each triangle. Place a slice of deli ham on each one, folding it to fit. Cut each slice of swiss cheese in half and place one piece on top of the ham.
  • Starting from the wide end of the triangle, roll each one up tightly toward the point. Curve the ends slightly inward to form a crescent shape. Brush the tops with beaten egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (163°C) for 2 minutes. Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
  • Place the croissants in the basket seam-side down with space between each one. Air fry at 325°F for 8 to 10 minutes until the dough is puffed, golden brown, and flaky, and the cheese inside is melted.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool for 2 minutes before serving. These are best eaten warm when the cheese is gooey and stretchy.
