- 2 ears Fresh Sweet Corn
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Carefully cut the ears of fresh sweet corn into quarters lengthwise to create long rib-like shapes.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
Brush the oil mixture generously over the corn kernels.
Place the corn ribs in the air fryer basket and cook at 400F for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges curl up and slightly char.
Remove the corn from the air fryer, sprinkle immediately with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, and serve.
