Ingredients
  • 2 ears Fresh Sweet Corn
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  • Carefully cut the ears of fresh sweet corn into quarters lengthwise to create long rib-like shapes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  • Brush the oil mixture generously over the corn kernels.
  • Place the corn ribs in the air fryer basket and cook at 400F for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges curl up and slightly char.
  • Remove the corn from the air fryer, sprinkle immediately with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, and serve.
