- 1 lb Sirloin Steak
- 8 oz White Button Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Cut the sirloin steak and white button mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, toss the steak and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400F for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
While cooking, melt the butter and mix it with minced garlic and chopped fresh parsley.
Transfer the cooked steak and mushrooms to a bowl, pour the garlic butter over the top, and toss well before serving.
