  • 1 lb Large Sea Scallops
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
  • Pat the sea scallops completely dry with paper towels to ensure they get a good sear.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss the dried scallops in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
  • Place the scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between them.
  • Air fry at 400F for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until opaque and slightly golden on the edges.
  • Drizzle with fresh lemon juice right before serving.
