- 1 lb Large Sea Scallops
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Pat the sea scallops completely dry with paper towels to ensure they get a good sear.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the dried scallops in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
Place the scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between them.
Air fry at 400F for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until opaque and slightly golden on the edges.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice right before serving.
