Place the frozen meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. There is no need to thaw them first. If your basket is small, work in batches to avoid stacking.
Air fry at 390 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the meatballs are heated through, lightly browned, and slightly crispy on the outside.
While the meatballs cook, prepare the glaze. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
Transfer the hot meatballs directly into the bowl with the glaze. Toss well, making sure every meatball is evenly coated in the sticky sauce.
Return the glazed meatballs to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes to let the glaze caramelize and become sticky.
Transfer the meatballs to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or over steamed rice as a main dish.
