Skinless Salmon Fillet

Panko

Instructions
Start by patting the salmon dry, and then cut it into 4 pieces.
Place the beaten egg whites in a small shallow bowl. Then, combine the panko and salt in a different bowl.
Dip each of the salmon pieces in the egg whites, and then in the panko mixture. Set them aside.
Spray or brush the top of the fish pieces with olive oil and air fry for 6-8 minutes at 400F (200C). The fish will be crispy.
Place the fish in the buns with lettuce and mayo.
