Ingredients
  • 4 Buns
  • 2 Egg Whites (lightly beaten)
  • 16 oz Skinless Salmon Fillet (450g)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (divided)
  • 1cup Panko
  • 3-4 Lettuce Leaves
  • Cooking / Olive oil Spray
Instructions
  • Start by patting the salmon dry, and then cut it into 4 pieces.
  • Place the beaten egg whites in a small shallow bowl. Then, combine the panko and salt in a different bowl.
  • Dip each of the salmon pieces in the egg whites, and then in the panko mixture. Set them aside.
  • Spray or brush the top of the fish pieces with olive oil and air fry for 6-8 minutes at 400F (200C). The fish will be crispy.
  • Place the fish in the buns with lettuce and mayo.
