Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Fingerling Potatoes (900g)
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (powder or minced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  • Start by preheating the air fryer to 375C (190C). While it heats, wash the potatoes and pat them dry.
  • Cut the potatoes in half. Place them in a large bowl and add the seasonings and olive oil. Mix well to coat the potatoes.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil, and place the potatoes in it. Air fry for 14-15 minutes, flipping the potatoes once halfway.
    About 5 minutes before the end, pause and sprinkle parmesan cheese over them.
  • Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and serve them with your favorite dipping sauce.
