Air Fryer Edamame

Ingredients
  • 8 oz Shelled Edamame (225g)
  • 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  • Make sure the edamame is dry. Transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Add the oil and seasonings.
  • Toss and mix until the edamame is evenly coated.
  • Transfer them to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 370F (190C) for 8-10 minutes. You can shake the basket once or twice during the cooking process to make sure they cook evenly.
  • Remove from the air fryer.
  • Let them cool for at least 10 minutes, and then serve with your favorite sauce.
