Total Time: 22 minutes
Servings: 32 pieces
Equipment
  • air fryer
Ingredients
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 count, such as Pillsbury Grands)
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray
Instructions
  • Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a smooth ball using the palms of your hands. You should end up with about 32 doughnut holes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F for 2 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving a little space between each one so they cook evenly. You may need to work in 2 batches.
  • Air fry at 350 degrees F for 5 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket gently halfway through, until the doughnut holes are golden brown all over and cooked through.
  • While the doughnut holes cook, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together in a shallow bowl. Place the melted butter in another shallow bowl.
  • As soon as the doughnut holes come out of the air fryer, immediately dip each one into the melted butter, then toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated. Repeat with any remaining batches and serve warm.
