Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 1/4 cup Bread Flour
  • 1/4 cup Water (warm)
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons Butter (divided)
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Granulated White Sugar (divided)
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  • Add the water, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, and active yeast to a small cup. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes – the yeast will bloom.
  • Add these ingredients to a large mixing bowl: bread flour, salt, and remaining sugar. Mix them well, and then add the yeast mixture, milk, and 3 1/2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Mix well, and then use your hands to form a dough. Place it on a lighltly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
  • Place the dough in a large greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm area until it doubles in size. It should take 1 to 2 hours max.
  • Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with one layer of parchment paper.
  • Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 10-12 pieces, and roll them.
    Place the rolls in the basket next to each other. Close the air fryer and allow them to rise for another 50 minutes. Do not turn the air fryer on!
  • Air fry at 300F (150C) for 16-18 minutes until the top is golden and the rolls are cooked through. That’s it! Enjoy these delicious air fryer dinner rolls!
