Air Fryer Cupcake

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Hot Chocolate Powder
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Chocolate Sauce
Instructions
  • Start by preheating the air fryer to 275F (135C). Then, cream the sugar and butter together in a medium bowl until fluffy.
  • Stir in the eggs and the chocolate sauce, and then mix well.
  • Take another bowl and combine the flour with the baking soda and hot chocolate mix. Then, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix until well combined.
  • Place silicone baking cups in the air fryer. Fill them with batter.
  • Air fry them for 12-15 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of the cupcakes. If it comes out clean – they are ready.
    After removing them from the air fryer – let them cool for at least 5-10 minutes, and then add frosting on top.
