Ingredients
  • 24 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  • Brush the wonton wrappers lightly with sesame oil on both sides and cut each in half diagonally. Preheat the air fryer to 350F and air fry the wonton triangles in batches for 4-5 minutes, until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground pork until browned and crumbled. Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, and garlic. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant and saucy.
  • Arrange the crispy wontons on an air fryer-safe pan or parchment-lined basket. Top with the seasoned pork and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Air fry at 370F for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Mix the sriracha and mayonnaise together and drizzle over the nachos. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately while crispy.
