Instructions
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes between paper towels with a heavy object on top to remove excess moisture. Cut into 3/4-inch cubes.
In a large bowl, toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika over the tofu and toss gently until every piece is evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the tofu in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each piece. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Air fry for 14 to 16 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until the tofu is deeply golden and crispy on all sides.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
