Air Fryer Crispy Tofu Bites

These crispy tofu bites are golden, crunchy, and totally snackable. Perfect as an appetizer or added to your favorite bowl.

Ingredients
  • 1 block Extra-Firm Tofu, drained and pressed (14 oz)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Cooking Spray
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish
  • Sliced Green Onions, for garnish
Instructions
  • Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes between paper towels with a heavy object on top to remove excess moisture. Cut into 3/4-inch cubes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika over the tofu and toss gently until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the tofu in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each piece. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 14 to 16 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until the tofu is deeply golden and crispy on all sides.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
