Air Fryer Crispy Avocado Fries
These crispy avocado fries are golden on the outside and creamy on the inside. They make a fun snack or side dish everyone will love.

- 2 large Avocados (firm, not overripe)
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Cooking Spray
Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and slice each half into 4-5 wedges. Carefully peel off skin.
Set up three bowls: flour in first bowl, beaten eggs in second bowl, and panko mixed with parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in third bowl.
Coat each avocado wedge in flour, dip in egg, then press into panko mixture to coat completely.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange avocado fries in single layer without touching.
Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve immediately with ranch or chipotle mayo for dipping.
