Ingredients
  • 10 Mini Sweet Peppers
  • 4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
  • Cut the mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise and scoop out any seeds and membranes.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, real bacon bits, and garlic powder.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the cavity of each pepper half.
  • Arrange the stuffed peppers cheese-side up in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 370F for 8 to 10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese filling is golden and bubbly.
