In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Place about 2 teaspoons of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges, then fold corner to corner to form a triangle and press edges firmly to seal.
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the basket, making sure they don't touch. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
