Ingredients
  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Thighs (450g)
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dried Chives
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  • Combine all the ingredients, except the meat in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the bowl. Mix to cover them completely, and then cover the bowl. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375F for 10-12 minutes.
    You can use a meat thermometer to check if it’s ready. Stick the thermometer in the thickest part of the thigh. It should reach 165F.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite side dishes and sauces.
