Add the chicken lollipops and mix well until they are well coated with the mixture. Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Add the cornflour and all purpose flour. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 380F (190C) and spray the basket with oil to avoid sticking. Place the chickens inside.
Ar fry for 12-14 minutes, and flip the chicken halfway through to cook them evenly.
