Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
Instructions
  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into small half-inch cubes for stuffing.
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and egg until just combined.
  • Take a small portion of the meat mixture, press a piece of mozzarella cheese into the center, and roll it into a tight ball so the cheese is fully enclosed.
  • Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 380F for 10 to 12 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
