Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, for serving
  • Ketchup & Mustard, for serving
Instructions
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Mix gently and form into 4 equal patties, pressing a small indent in the center of each.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Place a slice of american cheese on each patty during the last 1 minute of cooking. Let it melt fully.
  • Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for 1 to 2 minutes at 375°F until lightly golden.
  • Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard. Serve immediately.
