Ingredients
  • 2 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
Instructions
  • Rub the chicken breasts evenly with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer and cook at 380F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Slice the tomato into thick rounds.
  • Carefully top each chicken breast with a slice of fresh mozzarella and a slice of tomato.
  • Air fry for 3 more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
  • Remove from the air fryer, top with fresh basil leaves, and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
