In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, pepperoni, cooked italian sausage, italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.
Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into an oval or circle about 6 to 7 inches across and about 1/4 inch thick.
Spoon about 1/4 of the filling onto one half of each dough circle, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges together firmly.
Use a fork to crimp and seal the edges completely so no filling leaks out during cooking.
Brush the tops of each calzone with the beaten egg wash and cut 2 to 3 small slits on top to let steam escape.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes. Spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place 2 calzones in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray. Air fry at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until deep golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining calzones. Let them cool for 3 to 4 minutes before cutting open. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
