Pat the salmon fillets dry and season the flesh side generously with cajun seasoning and salt. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 390F. Place the salmon skin-side down in the basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the top has a slightly crispy crust.
While the salmon cooks, whisk together the melted butter, honey, garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
As soon as the salmon comes out, spoon the honey butter generously over each fillet so it melts and pools around the fish.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
