Air Fryer Cajun Honey Butter Salmon

Ingredients
  • 4 Salmon Fillets (6 oz each, skin-on)
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
For the Honey Butter
  • 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • Lemon Wedges (for serving)
Instructions
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and season the flesh side generously with cajun seasoning and salt. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390F. Place the salmon skin-side down in the basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the top has a slightly crispy crust.
  • While the salmon cooks, whisk together the melted butter, honey, garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  • As soon as the salmon comes out, spoon the honey butter generously over each fillet so it melts and pools around the fish.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
