Ingredients
  • 4 Cod Fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
  • Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Place cod in air fryer basket in a single layer and top with lemon slices. Air fry at 390°F for 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily and is opaque.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges.
